| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано термін «окупація» та застосування норм міжнародного гуманітарного права відповідно до окупаційного режиму на території Криму. Особливу увагу приділено захисту цивільного населення в період окупації, обґрунтовано правомірну необхідність застосування IV Женевської конвенції 1949 року до цивільних осіб, які перебувають на території Автономної Республіки Крим і м. Сімферополь, в силу дії принципу lex specialis. The article analyzes the term “occupation” and the application of international humanitarian law in accordance with the occupation regime in the Crimea. The special attention is paid to the protection of civilian population during the occupation, substantiated the legitimate need to apply the IV Geneva Convention of 1949 to civilians in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Simferopol, due to the principle of lex specialis. | |
