Abstract
Стаття присвячена розгляду історії формування конкурентного законодавства та створення контролюючих органів у сфері захисту економічної конкуренції в країнах Європи. Формування конкурентного законодавства та конкурентної політики держави має свої особливості розвитку та різні механізми боротьби з правопорушеннями у сфері захисту економічної конкуренції. The article is devoted to the consideration of the history of the formation of competitive law and the creation of supervisory bodies in the field of protection of economic competition in European countries.
