Abstract
Дисертація є одним із перших у національній правовій науці
дослідженням проблем процесуального порядку звільнення особи від
кримінальної відповідальності у зв’язку із закінченням строків давності, у
якому сформульовано пропозиції та рекомендації, спрямовані на вдосконалення
кримінального та кримінального процесуального законодавства й відповідної
правозастосовної практики з огляду на особливий режим кримінального
провадження в умовах воєнного стану.
The dissertation is one of the first in domestic legal science to study the
problems of the procedural actions for releasing a person from criminal liability in
due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, in which proposals and
recommendations are formulated aimed at improving criminal and criminal procedural legislation and the corresponding law enforcement practice, taking into
account the special regime of criminal proceedings under martial law.
