Abstract
У статті доведено необхідність поглиблених досліджень новітніх методик стратегічного управління для забезпечення сталого розвитку вітчизняних підприємств. Досліджено економічний зміст та значення SMART-підходу у забезпеченні стратегічного розвитку підприємства. Обгрунтовано відповідність визначених критеріїв SMART з розробленою концепцією «управління за цілями» підприємства. The article proves the necessity of in-depth researches of the newest methods of strategic management to ensure the sustainable development of domestic enterprises. It is proved that this requires the development of new organizational and application tools capable of delivering strategic development performance while at the same time offsetting the complexity of doing business by improving SMART-characteristics of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the scientific problem of developing a strategy for the development of enterprises based on the SMART approach is extremely relevant.
