Abstract
Стаття присвячена кримінологічним аспектам торгівлі людьми як формі діяльності транснаціональної організованої злочинності. Ця проблема досліджується як комплексний та багатоаспектний феномен, запобігання і протидія якому зумовлюються актуальністю поставленої проблеми. The article is devoted to criminological aspects of the human trafficking as the form of the transnational crime activity.
