| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено аналізу загроз державному суверенітету і територіальній цілісності України з кримінологічного погляду на проблему загроз як характерну ознаку окремого різновиду злочинності, що детермінує посягання на державний суверенітет і територіальну цілісність України. Аналізується зміст таких загроз, як територіальні претензії з боку інших держав світу, глобалізація світових відносин і зосередження важелів впливу на світові процеси в руках окремих осіб або груп, прояв сепаратизму та намагання автономізації за етнічною ознакою окремих регіонів України. Визначається їх першочергове значення для детермінації злочинності, що посягає на державний суверенітет і територіальну цілісність України. The article is devoted to the analysis of existing threats against state’s sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The criminological approach to the problem of threats is considered as a characteristic feature of a separate type of crime, which determines an attack on state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The content of such threats is analyzed as the existence of territorial claims from other countries of the world, the globalization of world relations and the concentration of levers of influence on world processes in the hands of individuals or groups, the manifestation of separatism and attempts to autonomy on an ethnic basis of certain regions of Ukraine. Determine their primary importance for the determination of crime, which impinges on the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. | |
