Abstract
У статті досліджується банківська діяльність. Аналізуються доктринальні погляди на предмет фінансового права та фінансово-правового регулювання. Розглядаються особливості фінансово-правового регулювання відносин у банківській сфері. Особлива увага приділяється фінансово-правовим відносинам за участі банків й інших фінансово-кредитних установ. Висвітлюються питання розуміння поняття «банківське право» і зв’язок банківського права з фінансовим правом. Banking activity is investigated in the article. Doctrine views on financial law subject and financially-legal regulation are analyzed. The features of the financially-legal adjusting of relations in the bank sphere are examined. The special attention is spared to the financially-legal relations at participation of banks and other financial and credit institutions. The question of understanding of concept “bank law” and copulas of bank law with a financial law is illuminated.
