Abstract
У статті проводиться теоретичне дослідження основних принципів та критеріїв диференціації в межах цивільного судочинства України. На підставі аналізу міжнародних стандартів судочинства вивчаються відповідні національні процесуальні засоби на предмет їхнього впливу на ефективність судового захисту. Зроблений висновок про загальну спрямованість диференціації судових процедур на виконання вимог своєчасного вирішення цивільних справ з метою ефективного судового захисту. The article contains a theoretical study of the main principles and criteria for differentiation of civil legal proceedings in Ukraine. Based on the analysis of international judicial standards, the relevant national procedural means are investigated for their impact on the effectiveness of justice. The conclusion is made about the general orientation of the differentiation of judicial procedures to fulfill the requirements of timely resolution of civil cases with a view to effective judicial protection.
