dc.description.abstractРозглядаються економічні, політичні та ідеологічні фактори протиправної поведінки, що мають криміногенний характер та негативні наслідки для суспільства і кожної людини зокрема. Увага акцентується на корупції та зростанні рівня бідності в Україні. Встановлено, що протиправна поведінка переважно зумовлена гострими суперечностями самого суспільства, несправедливістю та соціальною нерівністю, тотальною корупцією. Можна стверджувати, що протиправна поведінка стає результатом складної взаємодії багатьох факторів, дія яких опосередковується конкретними відносинами, конкретною ситуацією, в яку людина потрапляє. Захистити себе від правопорушень суспільство може шляхом проведення соціальної політики, спрямованої на усунення факторів протиправної поведінки, зменшення проявів корупції, перш за все через покарання корупціонерів, та подолання соціальної несправедливості. In this article, the author considers the economic, political and ideological factors of illegal behavior. All of them can have a criminogenic nature and negative consequences for society and each person in particular. One of the important sources of illegal behavior is social inequality. Natural, anthropogenic and man-made disasters also have a negative impact on human behavior. Psychological and biological factors that determine one or another variant of behavior in each specific case should also be taken into account. With the deployment of artificial intelligence technologies, the risks of its criminal use are increasing. Specific factors of illegal behavior in Ukraine are named, among which attention is focused on corruption. It has been established that illegal behavior is mainly caused by sharp contradictions of society itself, injustice and social inequality, total corruption. It indicates the existence of a conflict between the individual and society, between personal and public interests. It can be argued that illegal behavior is the result of a complex interaction of many factors, the action of which is mediated by specific relationships, a specific situation in which a person finds himself. Socially dangerous consequences of illegal behavior can be crimes. To eliminate the factors of illegal behavior, it is necessary to solve a number of economic, political, ideological, legal and other problems, to implement social policy aimed at overcoming population poverty, reducing the manifestations of corruption, primarily by punishing corrupt officials and overcoming social injustice.uk_UA
