dc.description.abstractУ методичних рекомендаціях відображено результати емпіричного дослідження особливостей мотивації до професійної діяльності поліцейських (n=80) з різними типами особистісних мотиваційних комплексів. Визначено диференційні та інтегративні характеристики мотиваційних комплексів та описано їх типологічні особливості. Диференційними характеристиками мотиваційних комплексів респондентів є зовнішня негативна мотивація, домінуючий тип професійної мотивації, мотиви вибору професії, особливості ціннісно-потребової сфери та саморегуляції, мотивація уникнення невдачі. Інтегративними показниками мотиваційних тенденцій піддослідних визначено зовнішню позитивну мотивацію, вольовий самоконтроль, інтернальність та мотивацію досягнення успіху. Індиферентними виявились показники внутрішньої мотивації респондентів з проміжним та найгіршим мотиваційними комплексами. Констатовано кореляти параметрів професійної мотивації респондентів з показниками саморегуляції, вольового самоконтролю, когнітивної орієнтації, мотивації досягнення, життєвих цінностей і сфер їх реалізації. Обґрунтовано висновок щодо особливостей впливу заохочення і покарання на розвиток внутрішньої мотивації до професійної діяльності поліцейських з різними мотиваційними комплексами.: The methodical recommendations reflect the results of the empirical study of professional activity motivation peculiarities of policemen (n = 80) with different types of personal motivational complexes. The differential and integrative characteristics of the motivational complexes and typological features are determined and described. The differential characteristics of respondents' motivational complexes are external negative motivation, dominant type of professional motivation, motives for profession choise, peculiarities of the value sphere and self-regulation, motivation to avoid failures. Integrative indicators of the motivational tendencies of the subjects determined external positive motivation, volitional self-control, internalization and motivation for success. The indicators of internal motivation of respondents with intermediate and the worst motivational complexes were indifferent. The parameters correlates of professional motivation of respondents with indicators of self-regulation, volitional self-control, cognitive orientation, achievement motivation, vital values and spheres of their realization are stated. The conclusion as to the features of the influence of encouragement and punishment on the development of internal motivation for the professional activity of policemen with different motivational complexes is made.uk_UA
