| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовані особливості системи захисту прав дитини в Європейському Союзі та її співвідношення з системою захисту прав дитини Ради Європи. Особлива увага приділена правовій природі та змісту Хартії основних прав ЄС та Конвенції про права дитини. Автори також прослідкували та охарактеризували розвиток законодавства Європейського Союзу саме у сфері захисту прав дітей та генезису нормативно правової бази саме з точки зору даної проблематики. Аналізуючи діяльність Ради Європи у сфері розвитку дитячого законодавства та захисту їх інтересів бачимо ряд відмінностей з діяльністю самого Європейського Союзу. основний договір про права людини є Європейська соціальна хартія (ESC – переглянута в 1996 році), передбачає захист соціальних прав, з особливою увагою до прав дитини. що в 2006 році РЄ запустила програму «Побудуй Європу для дітей з дітьми» Програма послідувала за прийняттям ряду документів, що стосуються прав дитини, надаючи практичні рекомендації для доповнення обов’язкових європейських документі. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the system of protection of children’s rights in the European Union and its interrelation with the system of protection of children’s rights of the Council of Europe. Special attention is paid to the legal nature and content of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The authors also traced and characterized the development of the EU legislation on protection of children’s rights and the genesis of the statutory framework from the point of view of the issue concerned. Analyzing the activities of the Council of Europe in the development of children’s legislation and protection of their interests, there are differences in the activities of the European Union itself. The main treaty on human rights is the European Social Charter (ESC, revised in 1996); it provides for the protection of social rights, with particular attention to the child’s rights of the child. In 2006, the Council of Europe launched the program “Building a Europe for and with children”. | |
