Abstract
У статті досліджуються проблеми здійснення державного контролю в галузі охорони, використання й відтворення тваринного світу та пропонуються напрями підвищення його ефективності в контексті реформування системи державного нагляду (контролю) у сфері охорони навколишнього природного середовища. The article contains research of the problems of implementation of state control in the area of protection, use and reproduction of the animal world, and proposes ways to increase its efficiency in the context of reforming the system of state supervision (control) in the field of environmental.
