| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню та аспектам формування стратегії експортного потенціалу вітчизняного авіаційного комплексу у контексті особливостей повного циклу виробництва авіаційної техніки та складових, які відображають загальний потенціал авіаційного комплексу України. А також обгрунтовано сучасні умови реалізації європейського інтеграційного вектору зовнішньоекономічної політики України. Економічне становище вимагає нових підходів та цілісної стратегічної програми якісного удосконалення як товарної, так і географічної структури експорту, а також державних заходів його підтримки і стимулювання. Тому актуальним завданням залишається визначення основних напрямків та конкретних перспективних заходів у сфері сприяння ефективній реалізації експортного потенціалу авіаційного комплексу України. Under the conditions of globalization, export support is one of the directions of modern economic policy of foreign countries. In order to increase national competitiveness, economically developed and developing countries have significantly intensified the intensity and scope of state assistance to exports. For Ukraine, this issue is particularly relevant in view of its high level of foreign trade openness and in the context of the implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU. Тhe analysis shows the inadequate effectiveness of state regulation and protectionism in the aviation industry, since this market has such features as instability, low competitiveness. The requirements of integration into the world economic space dictate the need to ensure the unity of the technical basis and technology used in the air transport market. Most Ukrainian airlines need time and direct investment to meet the requirements of European norms and standards. This goal can be achieved by attracting finance to the Ukrainian economy, expanding production, including increasing the share of high-tech exports, liberalizing international trade, as well as reforming regulatory policy in accordance with world practice, including the corresponding technical standards that will be reflected in the competitiveness of the Ukrainian products in the international market. | |
