Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу наявних проблем дієвості народного контролю в організації та діяльності органів державної влади. Обґрунтовується важливість безперервного здійснення народного контролю на всіх стадіях функціонування органів державної влади. Висвітлюються основні напрями народного контролю в цій сфері, його завдання й механізми реалізації. Ключові слова: народний контроль, механізм реалізації. This article analyzes the existing problems of the effectiveness of national democratic controls in the organization and activities of public authorities. Substantiates the importance of sustained implementation of the democratic control at all stages of the functioning of public authorities. Outlines the main areas of people’s control in this area, its objectives and implementation mechanisms.
