Abstract
Щороку в Україні прослідковується тенденція щодо збільшення попиту на органічну сільськогосподарську продукцію, що актуалізує питання дослідження відповідної галузі з точки зору правового регулювання, адже саме в нормативно-правових актах закладені базові аспекти виробництва такої продукції та вимоги до неї. Встановлено, що протягом останніх років в Україні були здійснені суттєві кроки, спрямовані на вдосконалення та суттєву модернізацію правового регулювання виробництва органічної сільськогоспо-дарської продукції. У роботі зазначається, що на конституційному рівні в нашій державі проблематика органічного виробництва не знайшла безпосереднього закріплення. Разом із тим основний закон містить норми, в яких йдеться про екологічну безпеку та якість харчових продуктів, які, безперечно, стосуються і виробництва органічної сільськогосподарської продукції в Україні. Every year there is a tendency of increasing demand for organic agricultural products in Ukraine, which raises the issue of research of the corresponding sphere of legal regulation, because legal acts make the basic aspects of manufacturing of such products and requirements for it. According to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the main types of organic products produced in Ukraine are milk and dairy products, cereals and grains, flour, seeds, vegetables and fruits, eggs, juices, beverages, pasta, meat products, kitchen herbs and spices, sugar, oil, ice cream and other products, which include bakery and pasta, oil, honey, chocolate, tea and coffee. As we can see, agricultural products are in significant demand. Among the tasks set by the Concept of the State Target Program for the Development of the Agricultural Sector for the period until 2022 is to expand the area of organic production by promoting the creation of new production facilities and deep processing of agricultural products and modernization of existing ones.
