| dc.description.abstract | Ефективність реалізації державної політики у сфері грального бізнесу значною мірою залежить від комплексного та узгодженого регулювання статусу Комісії з регулювання азартних ігор та лотерей. Розвиток і діджиталізація грального бізнесу, євроінтеграція України, релевантний зарубіжний досвід, недоліки та прогалини чинного регулювання, виявляють необхідність удосконалення адміністративного законодавства, що регламентує діяльність Комісії з регулювання азартних ігор та лотерей. The effectiveness of the implementation of state policy in the field of gambling depends largely on the comprehensive and coordinated regulation of the status of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries. The development and digitization of the gambling business, the European integration of Ukraine, relevant foreign experience, shortcomings and gaps in the current regulation reveal the need to improve the administrative legislation regulating the activities of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries. | |
