| dc.description.abstract | У статті аналізуються стратегічні європейські документи, що направленні на протидію торгівлі людьми. В яких починаючи із збройного вторгнення РФ в Україну приділяється значна увага формуванню нових форм і методів внаслідок масового переселення біженців з України в країни ЄС та виникнення нових ризиків щодо торгівлі людьми. Проаналізовано такі документи як: Директива ЄС про боротьбу з торгівлею людьми, Стратегія ЄС щодо боротьби з торгівлею людьми (2021–2025), Повідомлення раннього попередження, Директива про тимчасовий захист, Оперативні вказівки для допомоги державам-членам у застосуванні Директиви. Особлива увага була приділена «Плану із 10 пунктів: для посилення європейської координації щодо прийому людей, які тікають від війни з України». The article analyzes strategic European documents aimed at combating human trafficking. In which, starting with the armed invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, considerable attention is paid to the formation of new forms and methods due to the mass resettlement of refugees from Ukraine to EU countries and the emergence of new risks related to human trafficking. The following documents were analyzed: the EU Anti-Trafficking Directive 2011/36/EU, on the EU Strategy on Combatting Trafficking in Human Beings (2021–2025), the Early Warning Notice, the Temporary Protection Directive, Operational guidelines for the implementation of Council implementing Decision 2022/382. Particular attention was paid to the 10-point Plan: to strengthen European coordination on the reception of people fleeing the war in Ukraine. | |
