Abstract
Розглянуто проблеми, які виникають у діяльності оперативних підрозділів ДС БЕЗ щодо кваліфікації дій злочинців-, котрі вчинюють злочини у процесі приватизації державного майна. Надано систематизацію способів вчинення злочинів в аспекті теорії оперативно- розшукової діяльності. The author of the antic/e points on problems, which ore combined with comboting and invesnigation of financial crimes in the sphere of privatisation of state property. There are given ways of committing of such a crimes from the point of view of theory of operative-seovching activity science.
