Висвітлено проблемні питання в цій сфері та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення.Для слідчих, детективів, працівників прокуратури, суду, адвокатів, а також науковців, викладачів і курсантів.The legal grounds and peculiarities of interaction of pre-trial investigation bodies with the departments of the State Audit Office of Ukraine during the appointment and conducting of audits in criminal proceedings are considered.
