| dc.description.abstract | Ця стаття присвячена питанню правового регулювання ринку цінних паперів. У ній розглянуто місце фондового ринку у сфері фінансових послуг, його стан розвитку на 2020 р. та вплив на загальний стан економіки; визначено основні проблеми щодо регулювання ринку цінних паперів, що наявні в українському законодавстві та перешкоджають привести ринок до міжнародних стандартів; висвітлено основні міжнародні договори, що закріплюють ці стандарти та їх взаємодію з українським законодавством. У статті розглянуто Комплексну програму розвитку фінансового сектору України до 2020 р. та її результати, а також Стратегію розвитку фінансового сектору України на 2020–2025 роки із визначенням основних цілей та очікуваних наслідків. This article deals with the legal regulation of the securities market. It examines the place of the stock market in financial services, its state of development for 2020, and its impact on the overall state of the economy; identified the main problems with the regulation of the securities market, which exist in the Ukrainian legislation and prevent the market from reaching international standards; the main international treaties that set out these standards and their interaction with Ukrainian law are highlighted. The article examines the Comprehensive Program for the Development of the Financial Sector of Ukraine until 2020 and its results, as well as the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector of Ukraine for 2020–2025 with the definition of the main goals and expected consequences. | |
