Abstract
З метою формування тактичних та психологічних прийомів допиту малолітніх потерпілих від насильницьких злочинів автором було здійснено спробу визначити зміст тактичних прийомів активізації пам’яті малолітніх допитуваних, а також досліджено особливості їх застосування. With the aim of forming tactical and psychological methods of interrogation of juvenile victims of violent crimes, the article discusses the content of tactical techniques for activating the memory of young interrogated persons, and also the specific features of their application.
