dc.description.abstractВ статті розглядаються актуальні питання реформуванняНаціональне антикорупційне бюро України. Автори проаналізували роботу бюро за останній час національну та міжнародні правові бази, досвід зарубіжних країн в боротьбі зі злочинами подібним тим які розслідують детективи бюро. Надаються пропозиції щодо внесення змін до національного законодавства України та полегшення роботи детективів бюро. В якості позитивного прикладу наводиться досвід Республіки Сінгапур, республіки Польща і Малайзії. ThearticledealswithcurrentissuesofreformingoftheNationalAnti-CorruptionBureauofUkraine. The authors analyzed the work of the Bureau in recent years, national and international legal framework, experience of foreign countries in the fight against crimes similar to those investigated by the detectives of the Bureau. There are the proposals to amend the national legislation ofUkraine to improve and facilitate the work of detectives of the Bureau. As a positive example authors considered the experience of the Republic of Singapore, the Republic of Poland and Malaysia. At the end of the article, the authors offer 8 ways in which the efficiency of investigation of crimes, which are under the jurisdiction of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, may be increased.
