Abstract
. Стаття присвячена проблемним питанням щодо осіб які вчинили злочин та осіб які є потерпілими від злочину. Однією зьголовних проблем вивченню особи злочинця та жертви є проблема співвідношення соціального і біологічного. Вона дискутується протягом усього розвитку науки кримінології і має принципово практичне та правове значення. Від її вирішення багато в чому залежать пояснення причин злочинності й визначення головних напрямів боротьби з нею, однак у науці кримінології ця проблема вирішується по-різному. Дослідження взаємовідносин жертви й злочинця та їх вплив на виникнення, розвиток і наслідки злочину потребує більш ґрунтовного вивчення суб’єктів цих відносин – жертви (потерпілого) та злочинця. The article addresses the problematic issues of perpetrators and perpetrators of crime. One of the main problems in studying the identity of the offender and the victim is the problem of the relationship between social and biological. It is discussed throughout the development of the science of criminology and is of fundamental practical and legal importance. Revealing this, in many ways, is being closed, crime is the main attack that fights it, and it is difficult to work criminologically in research. Investigation of realized victims and perpetrators and their people at occurrence, using and experiencing the crime, requires a large soil that is relevant – the victim (the victim) and the perpetrator.
