| dc.description.abstract | Значне падіння міжнародного попиту на туристичні подорожі на тлі глобальних обмежень на поїздки, включаючи повне закриття кордонів, щоб утримати вірус COVID-19, уразило економіку всіх держав (незалежно від рівня їх економічного розвитку). Пандемія не тільки значно вплинула на інфікованих та їхні сім’ї, а й призвела до фінансових наслідків для бізнесу, підприємців та робочої сили, спричинила порушення прав споживачів. Ефективна відповідь на всі ці події вимагає тісної міжнародної співпраці та забезпечення надійної міжнародної системи захисту прав споживачів та постачальників туристичних послуг і підтримання туристичного сектору. Зараз для туристичної галузі необхідний гнучкий поетапний підхід у створенні єдиних норм, що вимагає тісної координації між державами всього світу. The significant drop in international demand for travel amid global travel restrictions, including the complete closure of borders to contain the COVID-19 virus, has hit the economies of all states, regardless of their level of economic development. The pandemic not only had a profound impact on the infected and their families, but also had financial consequences for businesses, entrepreneurs, the workforce, and provoked violation of consumer rights. An effective response to all these events requires close international cooperation and the provision of a credible international system for the protection the rights of consumers and providers of tourism services and for the support of the tourism sector. Now, the tourism industry needs a flexible step-by-step approach in creating common rules, and this requires close coordination between countries around the world. | |
