| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано проблеми наявності прогалин, які виникли внаслідок стрімкого і динамічного розвитку фінансового права як галузі, які зумовлюють непоодинокі випадки порушень прав суб’єктів вказаних правовідносин. Це, своєю чергою, зумовлює необхідність встановлення певних способів (гарантій) реалізації та захисту прав на законодавчому рівні, оскільки вони становлять невід’ємний елемент фінансово-правового статусу відповідних суб’єктів. The article analyzes the problems of gaps that arose as a result of the rapid and dynamic development of financial law as an industry that causes a number of cases of violations of the rights of the subjects of these legal relationships. This in turn leads to the need to establish certain methods (guarantees) for the implementation and protection of rights at the legislative level, since they constitute an integral element of the financial and legal status of the relevant actors. | |
