| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядається отримання зразків для експертизи як слідча (розшукова) дія та відповідний засіб доказування. За результатами дослідження пропонується деталізувати структуру отримання зразків для експертизи та виділяти підготовчий, робочий та заключний етапи її проведення. Розглядаються дії суб’єкта розслідування на кожному з виділених етапів відповідно до їх мети та завдань. Аналізуються види зразків для експертизи та порядок їх отримання відповідно до положень Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. Відстоюється думка щодо необхідності правильного розуміння біологічних зразків особи: всі зразки, пов’язані з життєдіяльністю особи як біологічної істоти. The article considers the receipt of samples for examination as an investigative (search) action and an appropriate means of proof. According to the results of the study, it is proposed to detail the structure of obtaining samples for examination and to distinguish the preparatory, working and final stages of its implementation. The actions of the subject of investigation at each of the selected stages in accordance with their purpose and objectives are considered. The types of samples for examination and the procedure for obtaining them in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine are analyzed. There is an opinion about the need to properly understand the biological samples of a person: all the samples associated with the life of a person as a biological being. | |
