Abstract
У статті проаналізовано наявні в процесуальній науці підходи до визначення сутності та юридичної природи судового збору. Окреслено основні ознаки та функції судового збору як виду судових витрат. Розкрито зміст кожної з функцій судового збору, на цій основі відмежовано судовий збір від податків та зборів, які утворюють податкову систему України. In the article a question is analyzed the approaches in the procedural science to the definition of the essence and legal nature of the court fee. The basic features and functions of court fee as a form of court costs are determined. The content of each of the functions of the court fee is disclosed and, on this basis, a court fee is separated from taxes and fees that form the Ukrainian tax system.
