Abstract
Стаття висвітлює основні реформи політичної системи та конституційного устрою Італії, їх риси й основні положення. Досліджується територіальний устрій Італії; механізми для впорядкування міжрівневих урядових стосунків; питання муніципальних і регіональних конференцій. Аналізуються проблеми регіоналізації. Приділено увагу питанню балансу повноважень, компетенції та відповідальності між центральними органами влади й органами місцевого самоврядування. The article highlights the main reforms of the Italian political system and constitutional structure, their features and basic provisions. It investigates the territorial structure of Italy, mechanisms to streamline intergovernmental relations and issues with municipal and regional conferences; and also analyses the problems of regionalization. The article goes on to examine the balance of power, competence and responsibility between central authorities and local-self-government.
