| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена аналізу проблем захисту в Україні прав на комерційну таємницю, а також дослідженню міжнародного досвіду у сфері наведеної проблематики. Проведено аналіз норм чинного вітчизняного законодавства, які спрямовані на захист відомостей, що становлять комерційну таємницю. Досліджено судову практику, а також практику відповідних уповноважених органів державної влади України. The article has been devoted to the analysis of problems of protection of trade secrets rights in Ukraine, and also to the research of international experience in the field of the mentioned problem. The analysis of the rules of the current domestic legislation, which are aimed at the protection of trade secrets, has been conducted. The judicial court practice and as well as the practice of relevant authorized bodies of state power of Ukraine have been investigated. | |
