Abstract
Статтю присвячено визначенню проблемних питань конкуренції норм у сфері трудового права. У процесі дослідження визначено причини конкуренції норм у правовому регулюванні трудових відносин; окреслено шляхи її подолання у сфері трудового права. The article is devoted to the problems of competition rules in the field of labor law. During the research process there were identified the reasons of competition rules in the legal regulation of labor relations; there were outlined the ways to overcome it in labor law.
