Abstract
У статті досліджено процесуальний порядок розгляду судом справ про встановлення факту родинних відносин між фізичними особами. Визначено склад осіб, які беруть участь у таких справах, предмет доказування, зміст рішення суду. У підсумку зазначається, що таким чином суд здійснює захист сімейних прав та інтересів шляхом встановлення юридичного факту, який є підставою для виникнення відповідних правовідносин. The scientific article is devoted to the procedural order of proceedings in a case of establishing the facts of family relations. It is determined the composition of the persons involved in such cases, the subject of the proof, content of the court’s decision. As a result, it is noted that in this way the court protects family rights and interests by establishing legal fact, that is the basis of coming into of existence corresponding relationships.
