Abstract
Ukraine signed the Association Agreement with the European Union. The action plan to fulfill the requirements of association includes bringing Ukrainian labor legislation of European standards. France is one of the most influential EU member States from economic and political points of view, as well as one of the biggest labor markets in Europe. That is why the issue of labor contract in France is very relevant from the point of view of approximation of labor legislation of Ukraine to the EU standards. We can say that the system of labor contacts in France in very flexible, it allows to different categories of employees (youth, students, elderly persons, representatives of artistic professions, disables persons) to realize in the fullest manner their right to work and related rights. In France there are several types of interesting labor contracts, introduction of which in Ukraine would give the possibility to fully realize their professional potential to a wider number of citizens taking into account individual features of different categories of employees. This subject requires a further study in terms of possibility and economic expedience of introduction of these types of labor contracts, possible introduction of relevant amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
