| dc.description.abstract | У статті висвітлено питання генезису та еволюціонування інституту присяги з найдавніших часів – до сьогодення, від анімістичних релігійних клятв – до конституційних присяг. Інститут присяги досліджувався антропологами, філософами, істориками, культурологами, психологами і, в значно меншій мірі, правознавцями. У науці конституційного права інститут присяги парламентарія, глави держави, судді конституційного суду та інших суб’єктів конституційних правовідносин досліджувався переважно як елемент їхнього конституційно-правового статусу. The article covers the genesis and evolution of the institution of oaths from ancient times to the present, from animistic religious oaths to constitutional oaths. The peculiarities of the formation and development of the institution of the oath in the Northern Black Sea during the Antiquity, in Kievan Rus, during the Cossack era, in particular, in the Constitution of Philip Orlyk in 1710, during Ukraine's membership in the Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires, during the UPR – ZUNR, during the accession of Ukraine to the former USSR and during the independence of Ukraine. | |
