| dc.description.abstract | У науковій публікації досліджуються методи діяльності Міністерства розвитку громад і територій у контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. Зазначається, що за результатами адміністративної реформи на заміну імперативному методу, який є характерним для командно-адміністративної системи управління, має прийти інструментарій диспозитивного методу державного управління регіонами із збереженням за державою контрольно-наглядових функцій, що передбачає застосування імперативного методу лише у разі порушення норм національного законодавства та умов адміністративних договорів із боку суб’єктів владних повноважень органів місцевого самоврядування. The scientific publication is devoted to the analysis of the methods of activity of Ministry of Community and Territory Development in the context of European integration processes. It is noted that according to the results of the administrative reform, instead of the imperative method, which is characteristic of the command-administrative system of management, the instrument of the dispositive method of state management of the regions should be retained, while maintaining the supervisory functions, which provides for the application of the imperative method only in case of violation of the norms of the national legislation and conditions of administrative contracts by the authorities of local self-government bodies. | |
