Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню окремих аспектів практики Верховного Суду щодо гарантування права особи на доступ до публічної інформації. Авторкою проведено аналіз деяких постанов суду касаційної інстанції та узагальнено окремі правові позиції, сформульовані Верховним Судом. На підставі такого аналізу аргументовано, що чисельну категорію справ у даній сфері складають спори, що виникають стосовно визначення обсягу та змісту інформації, вільний доступ до якої має бути забезпечений органами державної влади, місцевого самоврядування або іншим суб’єктом – розпорядником інформації. The article is devoted to exploring certain aspects of the Supreme Court’s practice of guaranteeing a person’s right of access to public information. The author analyzed some of the rulings of the court of cassation and summarized certain legal positions formulated by the Supreme Court. On the basis of such analysis it is argued that a large category of cases in this field are disputes that arise in determining the amount and content of information, which should be freely accessible by the state authorities, local self-government or other subject – manager of information.
