dc.description.abstractДосліджено кримінально-правові та кримінологічні проблеми запобігання злочинам у сфері діяльності кредитних спілок в Україні. Визначено теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження питання щодо поняття надання фінансових послуг та правовий статус кредитних спілок, як суб’єкта фінансових повноважень. З’ясовано генезис законодавства щодо запобігання порушенням порядку надання фінансових послуг у діяльності кредитних спілок в Україні. Виокремлені основні групи злочинів, що вчиняються у сфері діяльності кредитних спілок. Охарактеризовано структуру та динаміку таких злочинів. Розкрито зміст детермінант, що сприяють криміналізації цієї сфери суспільних відносин. Запропоновано концептуальне бачення шляхів реалізації кримінологічних заходів захисту порядку надання фінансових послуг кредитними спілками, а також заходів запобігання на спеціально-кримінологічному рівні. Запропоновано напрями взаємодії суб’єктів запобігання порушенням порядку надання фінансових послуг у діяльності кредитних спілок. The criminal law and criminological problems of crime prevention in the field of activity of credit unions in Ukraine are studied. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the concept of the provision of financial services and the legal status of credit unions as a subject of financial powers have been determined. The genesis of the legislation on preventing violations of the procedure for providing financial services in the activities of credit unions in Ukraine has been clarified. The main groups of crimes committed in the sphere of activity of credit unions are singled out. The structure and dynamics of such crimes are characterized. The content of the determinants contributing to the criminalization of this sphere of social relations is disclosed. A conceptual vision of ways to implement criminological measures to protect the procedure for providing financial services by credit unions, as well as preventive measures at a special criminological level, is proposed. The areas of interaction of subjects to prevent violations of the procedure for providing financial services in the activities of credit unions are proposed.uk_UA
