| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню відмінностей у правовому статусі членів кооперативу та асоційованих членів кооперативу. На підставі аналізу чинних нормативно-правових актів України, що регулюють діяльність кооперативів, виділено, якими правами та обов’язками наділені члени кооперативу й асоційовані члени кооперативів. Акцентовано увагу на відмінностях у правовому регулюванні прав указаних осіб у Законі України “Про кооперацію” та Законі України “Про сільськогосподарську кооперацію”, а також у Примірному статуті сільськогосподарського обслуговуючого кооперативу, Примірному статуті сільськогосподарського виробничого кооперативу, Примірному статуті споживчого товариства. The article has been devoted to the study of differences in the legal status of members of the cooperative and associate members of the cooperative. Based on the analysis of current regulations of Ukraine, which regulate the activities of cooperatives, it has been separated the rights and the responsibilities, which members of the cooperative and associate members of cooperatives have. Emphasis is placed on the exclusivity in the legal regulation of the rights of certain persons in the Law of Ukraine "On Cooperation" and the Law of Ukraine "On Agricultural Cooperation", as well as the Model Statute of the Agricultural Service Cooperative, the Model Statute of the Agricultural Production Cooperative, the Model Consumer Statute. The legal regulation of the responsibilities of members of cooperatives and associate members of cooperatives, which are provided by these laws and exemplary (model) statutes of agricultural service and production cooperatives and consumer society, has been studied in detail. | |
