dc.description.abstractСьогодні у ході провадження слідчих (розшукових) дій використання інформації про особистість правопорушника відбувається здебільшого як суб’єктивне відтворення спогадів потерпілого чи свідків, що надає можливість скласти лише орієнтовний словесний портрет. В оптимізації цього процесу важливу роль відіграє повноцінне застосування сучасних досягнень науки і техніки, які становлять зміст категорії спеціальних знань, до яких відноситься метод профайлінгу. В статті здійснено комплексне системне узагальнення теоретикометодологічних та історичних засад дослідження особистості правопорушника. Автором визначені історичні витоки вивчення особистості правопорушника в традиційних кримінально-правових та психологічних дослідженнях; проаналізовано та узагальнено сучасні наукові підходи дослідження особистості правопорушника; визначено сучасний стан та перспективи використання технологій профайлінгу в слідчій діяльності. Технології профалінгу включають в себе широкий спектр методів, серед основних можна назвати метод психолінгвістичного аналізу тексту, застосування комп’ютерних баз даних з типології злочинців та злочинів: ViCAP. ViCLAS, CATCHEM, «Rigel», а також географічне профілювання та статистична модель створення психологічного портрета, що ґрунтуються на аналізі та оцінці інформації щодо сукупності та деталей різних факторів злочинності; методика визначення маркерів злочинів, що піддаються математичному аналізу та виводяться певні закономірності тощо. В результаті автором узагальнено різні підходи щодо вивчення особистості правопорушника в окремих науках та на цій основі зроблено методологічно важливий висновок, що метод профайлінгу у вченні про особистість правопорушника спирається на теоретичні та практичні положення широкого спектру наук. Today, in the course of investigative (search) actions, the use of information about the identity of the offender occurs mostly as a subjective reproduction of the memories of the victim or witnesses, which makes it possible to draw up only an approximate verbal portrait. In the optimization of this process, an important role is played by the full application of modern achievements of science and technology, which constitute the content of the category of special knowledge, to which the profiling method belongs. The article provides a comprehensive systematic generalization of the theoretical, methodological and historical foundations of the study of the personality of the offender. The author has determined the historical origins of the study of the offender's personality in traditional criminal law and psychological research; modern scientific approaches to the study of the offender's personality are analyzed and summarized; the current state and prospects of using profiling technologies in investigative activities are determined. Profiling technologies include a wide range of methods, the main ones include the method of psycholinguistic text analysis, the use of computer databases on the typology of criminals and crimes: ViCAP. ViCLAS, CATCHEM, «Rigel», as well as geographic profiling and a statistical model for creating a psychological portrait, which are based on the analysis and evaluation of information on the totality and details of various crime factors; the method of determining the markers of crimes that are subject to mathematical analysis and certain regularities are deduced, etc. As a result, the author summarized various approaches to the study of the personality of the offender in certain sciences and on this basis made a methodologically important conclusion that the method of profiling in the study of the personality of the offender is based on theoretical and practical provisions of a wide range of sciences.uk_UA
