Abstract
У статті досліджені окремі аспекти правового регулювання митних формальностей та митних процедур на морському транспорті. Розглянуто позиції науковців щодо проблем виконання деяких митних формальностей у сфері ста новлення та розвитку митної справи в Україні. The article examined some aspects of regulation of customs procedures for maritime transport. We consider the problem of position of scholars in field of customs formalities and formation of customs legislation of Ukraine.
