Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань утілення права на працю крізь призму такого складного та багатоаспектного правового явища, як порядок працевлаштування. Доведено неприпустимість зведення здійснення права на працю лише до укладення трудового договору. Прийняття на роботу – це сукупність дій роботодавця, що не може відбуватися без акту працевлаштування особи-носія права на працю. The article is devoted to the study of the implementation of the right to work through the prism of such a complex and multifaceted legal phenomenon as the order of employment. The inadmissibility of reducing the realization of the right to work to the procedure for concluding an employment contract has been proved. Recruitment is a set of actions of the employer, which cannot take place without the act of employment of the person who is the holder of the right to work.
