| dc.description.abstract | У статті охарактеризовано ключові методологічні (дослідницькі) підходи дослідження правозахисної діяльності. Обґрунтовано, що окремі аспекти здійснення правового захисту для сучасної України за своєю значущістю стоять в одному ряду із проблемами забезпечення миру та безпеки, єдності, територіальної цілісності країни, виходу із політичної та економічної кризи. У дослідженні окреслено наявний стан і тенденції розвитку методології сучасного правознавства у сфері захисту прав і свобод людини. Визначено, що сучасна юриспруденція розвивається із сприйняттям і засвоєнням загальнолюдських та європейських цінностей, визначальними серед яких є захист прав і свобод людини, справедливість, індивідуальність, гуманізм, рівність, верховенство права. In the article the author characterizes the key methodological (research) approaches to the study of human rights activities. It is substantiated that certain aspects of legal protection for modern Ukraine in its importance are on a par with the problems of peace and security, unity, territorial integrity of the country, overcoming the political and economic crisis and so on. The study outlines the current state and trends in the development of the methodology of modern jurisprudence in the field of protection of human rights and freedoms. It is determined that modern jurisprudence develops with the perception and assimilation of universal and European values, the determinants of which are the protection of human rights and freedoms, justice, individuality, humanism, equality and the rule of law. | |
