Abstract
У статті розглянуті питання класифікації науково-технічних засобів, які використовуються під час досудового розслідування та судового провадження. Враховуючи багатогранний та багатоцільовий характер класифікації науково-технічних засобів, які використовуються під час досудового розслідування та судового провадження, автором запропоновано власний підхід до зазначеної класифікації. The article deals with the issues of classification of scientific and technical means used during pre-trial investigation and judicial proceedings. Taking into account the multifaceted and multi-purpose nature of the classification of scientific and technical means used during pre-trial investigation and judicial proceedings, the author proposed his own approach to the classification of scientific and technical means in the criminal proceedings.
