Abstract
У статті на основі аналізу норм чинного законодавства та наукових праць вітчизняних вчених розглянуто питання гарантій реалізації трудових прав працівників органів прокуратури. Досліджено поняття «гарантія» та його юридичну сутність. The issues of guarantees for the implementation of labor rights of prosecutors, based on the analysis of the current legislation and scientific works of domestic scientists, are considered in the article. The concept of “guarantee” and its legal essence are studied. It is found that there is no statutory notion of guarantee, but there is an urgent need to enshrine it.
