Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанню закріплення цінності свободи в переліку текстуальних цінностей конституційного ладу в Конституції України. Ст. 3 Конституції України потребує корегування і формальної конституціоналізації принципу свободи як такої. Автор наголошує на тому, що така цінність не повинна подаватися в одному ряді з іншими цінностями і має бути представлена окремо. The article is devoted to the question of consolidation of the value of freedom in the list of textual values of the constitutional system in the Constitution of Ukraine. Art. 3 of the Constitution of Ukraine requires the correction and formal constitutionality of the principle of freedom as such. Such value should not be presented in line with other values and should be formulated separately.
