Abstract
У статті досліджується ґенеза конфіскації в кримінальному праві України в періоди радянської державності й сучасності. На основі аналізу історичних документів виявлено тенденції розвитку конфіскації майна в кримінальному праві та законодавстві України. Сформульовано відповідні висновки. The article examines the genesis of the confiscation of criminal law in Ukraine during the Soviet statehood and modernity. Based on an analysis of historical documents identified trends in the development of confiscation of property in criminal law and legislation of Ukraine. The proper conclusions and suggestions are prepared.
