Abstract
Стаття присвячена розкриттю поняття «ціна злочинності» у сучасній кримінологічній науці і визначенню збитків від корупційних злочинів. Проаналізовано наукові праці, які містять відомості про розвиток поняття «ціна злочинності» та її структури. Автор наводить власне визначення поняття «ціна злочинності». The article is devoted to the development and explanation of the cost of crime notion in the modern criminological science and the definition of damage caused by corruption crimes. Scientific researches are analyzed and contain information about development of the concept of cost of crime and its structure. The author gives her definition of cost of crime.
