Abstract
У методичних рекомендаціях відображено результати емпіричного дослідження особливостей мотивації до навчання курсантів закладів вищої освіти МВС України (n=968). Здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми мотивації до навчання майбутніх фахівців та структури мотивації навчальної діяльності. Визначено домінуючи параметри мотивації професійного навчання, провідні мотиви вибору професії, особливості професійної мотивації внутрішньо мотивованих та зовнішньо мотивованих курсантів першого та випускного курсів закладу вищої освіти МВС України. Обґрунтовано висновок щодо особливостей впливу на особистісний і професійний розвиток курсантів засобів інноваційних технологій навчання та освітнього середовища закладу вищої освіти. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації учасникам освітнього процесу закладів вищої освіти МВС України щодо розвитку (саморозвитку) у курсантів мотивації до професійного навчання.The methodological recommendations reflect the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of motivation to study the cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (n = 968). The theoretical analysis of the problem of motivation for the training of future specialists and the structure of the motivation of educational activity is carried out. The dominant parameters of vocational training motivation, leading motives for choosing a profession, features of professional motivation of internally motivated and external motivated cadets of the first and final courses of the institution of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are determined. The conclusion on the peculiarities of the impact on the personal and professional development of the students of innovative technologies in education and educational environment of the institution of higher education is substantiated. Practical recommendations for participants of the educational process of institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning development (self-development) of cadets of motivation to vocational training are formulated.
