Abstract
Принцип співробітництва нормативно закріплений у міжнародному праві лише в Статуті ООН. Водночас такий результат був зумовлений його попереднім розвитком у теорії та практиці міжнародно-правового регулювання. На цій підставі автором виокремлено три етапи розвитку принципу співробітництва як основи міжнародно-правового регулювання боротьби зі злочинністю. The principle of cooperation was firstly included in normative sense only in UN Charter. Nevertheless, such result was determined by its all development in theory and practice of international regulation. In the context of this presumption the author defines three periods in development of principle of cooperation as a basis in international regulation of fighting with criminality.
