| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена висвітленню питання особливостей представництва іноземних осіб у господарських судах України та розробленню пропозицій з удосконалення чинного законодавства з цього питання. Окреслено коло осіб, які можуть здійснювати представництво юридичної особи, зокрема, в господарських судах України через представника – адвоката; самопредставництво через керівника або члена виконавчого органу; через осіб, які мають із такою юридичною особою трудові відносини. The special features of the foreign persons’ representation in economic courts of Ukraine are a subject of the investigation of this article. The range of persons who may represent a legal entity, in particular, in the economic courts of Ukraine is outlined an attorney as a representative; selfrepresentation through the head or member of the legal entity’s executive body; legal entity’s employees. The ability to be represented by both foreign representatives and representatives from Ukraine is a special feature of the representation of foreign persons in the commercial courts of Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that foreign lawyers from the European Union are subjected to EU Rules such as Charter of Core Principles of the European Legal Profession and Code of Conduct for European Lawyers as well as ethical and deontological rules provided for the lawyers in their country of origin. | |
