Abstract
Авторами статті здійснено науковий аналіз деяких з нормативно-правових актів Європейського Союзу у сфері правового регулювання торговельних марок. Було визначено, які саме положення необхідно імплементувати в національне законодавство України, що є актуальним в рамках гармонізації законодавства з охорони прав на торговельні марки. У статті наголошується на важливості правової охорони торговельних марок, на специфічній природі цього елементу інтелектуальної власності та на необхідності гармонізації правових підходів у цій сфері як на регіональному, так і на національному рівні. The authors of the article carry out a scientific analysis of some of the EU legal acts in the field of legal regulation of trademarks. The author has determined which provisions should be implemented into the national legislation of Ukraine, which is relevant in the context of harmonization of trademark protection legislation. The article emphasizes the importance of legal protection of trademarks, the specific nature of this element of intellectual property and the need to harmonize legal approaches in this area at both the regional and national levels.
